Responsibilities

• Gather & Analyze the business requirements from users, & translate them to SAP system
  functionality and pass to technical team for development
• Prepare Technical Design specifications & Test Packages based on the Functional Design (FD)
  specifications & adhering to the development standards set forth in the project
• Prepare test scripts, conduct unit testing, product testing, Quality Assurance (QA) testing,
  System Integration Test (SIT), User Acceptance Test (UAT) & regression testing with respect to
  their assigned scenario/processes
• Ensure the delivery of solutions
• Perform analysis & provide solutions to integrate with other existing applications
• Provide operations support services for the HRT programme & assist in resolving systems-related
  issues
• Perform troubleshooting, coordination & overseeing problem or service request resolutions that are assigned to them
• Provide analysis & consultation services to address the operational issues & provide resolutions to problems

Requirements

• Diploma / Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent
• Good knowledge of information technology; familiarity with SAP Human Capital Management
  (HCM) ERP would be advantageous
• 1 or more years of experience involved in ABAP development is preferred
• Good analytical & planning skills
• Strong writing, verbal communication and presentation skills
• Good team player, responsible and conscientious
• Resourceful, independent, responsive and pro-active
• Experience in process streaming & process re-engineering would be advantageous

Candidates who has 1 year of experienced in ABAP and is looking to switch to SAP functional role are welcome.
