X-Workflow

The X-Workflow is a comprehensive workflow engine that can help organization achieve goals to streamline their existing processes or having a paperless work environment. X-Workflow comes with the Workflow Designer, the Form Designer and TO-DO Inbox.

Deployment Types

1. Document routing among servers and users
X-Workflow supports document routing among both server and users. Updates made to the documents will be reflected dynamically throughout the process execution. A form designer is provided for document customization. Document modification can be controlled by the build in access control for managing document access right.

2. Data aggregation from multiple data sources
X-Workflow can connect with multiple databases to extract information in order to perform a series of actions or to display properly formatted information to the user. Data aggregation can be encapsulated within the workflow template. Modification of the extraction process can therefore be easily done, and this translates to low maintenance costs.

    3. ERP transaction posting processes
    Enterprise integration requires complex interactions with back-end ERP systems. X-Workflow can be used to effectively manage such transactions by chaining the ERP transactions together via a well-defined integration workflow design.

      4. Automated server-to-server communications
      X-Workflow allows you to connect to existing servers to either initiate an operation or accept an incoming request to perform a series of task related to a specific business process of the organization.

      5. Enterprise business process management
      Various enterprise business processes can be implemented using X-Workflow. Approval workflow is one of the most common requirements. Others include performance appraisal, tender, procurement and project management processes. These processes can be designed and closely monitored using X-Workflow.
